Antenatal:

Four interactive sessions with information about how awesome you d your pregnant body are and how you can feel confident in pregnancy & birth (The Birth Uprising trained).
One to one and group courses available.

3 x 1.5 hour sessions after birth to include but not limited to:

• feeding support for you, baby and family

• slings and carrier support

• emotional and practical support.
